Beverley Mitchell

Beverley was raised as a child in Arcadia (California) and was a star through 7th Heaven's Lucy Camden. Prior to the most recognizable role, Beverley started her career off with her well-known temper tantrum along with her mother at the bottom of an outlet mall. A talent agent was aware of the commotion and quickly came across. The rest is history. She soon jumped into television and modeling, and in 1990, she got her first TV performance in the role of Big Brother Jake. Her first major film role was in The Crow: City of Angels (1996). In 1996, Beverley was among the WB's newest stars on the hit series 7th Heaven. Beverley has attended Loyola Maramount University to study film, while working in the production of the show. She completed high school in 1999. Alongside that, she's actively involved with the RADD Kids charity and K-Mart Kids Race Against Drugs. Beverley also appeared in Mean People Suck, an independent short film (2001) as she worked on the show on TV. Beverley was added to the cast of The Secret Life of the American Teenager (2007) in 2011, as the brand new guidance counselor.
